Fine powders with the high repeatability and reproducibility can be modified based on the customer requests in order to reach desired material properties. We offer variety of powder alloys and wide range of particles size distribution (PSD).

Our portfolio of copper and precious metal- based gas atomized powders is used in state of art technologies od Additive Manufacturing such as Powder Bed Fusion, Cold Gas Spraying and Metal Injection Molding.

◉ Core Shell Powders

Powders that have a core and a shell of different materials. Most often these are powders with both a core and a shell of metallic material, but we are also investigating Core Shell powders with a non-metallic core and an Ag shell.

◉ Chemically Precipitated Silver Powders

It is a silver powder with a purity of at least 99.9%. By changing the production process we are able to influence the particle size distribution and surface morphology of the prepared powder.
