Advanced casting procedure or extrusion and drawing processes enable us to produce high-end seamless tubing in a variety of metals, alloys and dimension.
The dimensions of tubing and rods depend to a ratio of the outside diameter and wall thickness as well as the requested material or alloy. Safina manufacture both seamless and seamed tubing and can accommodate to customer’s requirements. Deliverable in the form of straightened bars, parts, rings, washers, coils or reels, depending on the product. Safina provides Precious Metal rods and tubing in a precision round. Other configurations and shapes are available upon request. Tubes
Tubes can be manufactured in a range of high purity precious metals based on gold, silver, platinum or palladium and their alloys, including compositions with rhodium, iridium, copper. Other alloys are available upon request.
Our first-rate tubes and rods can be used in various applications and branches from Aerospace and Medical, Glass industry to thermocouple sheaths or hydrogen purification.
We make any size within the range specified to individual requirements. Also depending on the metal, tubes and rods can be manufactured in very small inside diameters, wall thickness and long lengths as well as the larger semi-finished product for further processing.
